He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anne Elizabeth Cleary and William Rowe Cleary. He is survived by: his parents, Edmund T. Cleary II and Constance Cleary (Garofalo); his wife Arline Neff Cleary; his children, Robert W. Cleary, Mark A. Cleary and Karen A. Cleary Beardsley; his brother Edmund T. Cleary III; his children-in-law, Jennifer Cleary and Philip Beardsley; and his grandchildren, Alexander Cleary and Tristan Cleary.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to, Alzheimer's Foundation and/or Parkinson's Foundation.
