He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dennis Foley and Mary O'Shea Foley; his wife Judith Hildebrand; his children, John Foley (Karen), Michael Foley and Mary Beth Foley Shea (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Matthew of Waterford, Lauren of Waterford and Katherine Shea of Waterford.
