He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. Biggins and Gertrude Smith; his son Nicholas; his parents-in-law, Barbara Vitale and Anthony Vitale; and his sister-in-law Sandra Bell.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Biggins; his sister Pamela Devine; his brother-in-law Terry Devine; and also, Samantha and Eric. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
