She was predeceased by: her parent John Sr.; her husband Tracy H. Smith; and her brother John Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Claire Dimmock Campbell; her children, Evelyn Smith, Diane Scott and Steven Smith (Gabriele); and her grandchildren, Regina Jones, Michael Smith, Melanie Smith-Cervera (Shawn), Rebecca Remsburg (Guy), Kim White (Todd Dewey), Amy White, Chad Adams and Paul White (Lauren). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
