It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Neff of Waterford, Connecticut, born in New London, Connecticut, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur D. Neff Sr. and Pauline Neff (Beck); his wife Judith (Cosantina); his son Larry (Martha); his grandchildren, Zachary (Casandra) and Laura (Thomas); his great grandchild Landon (Neff); and his sister Arline L. Cleary.
