It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary M. Beyer of Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles V. Beyer; her parents, John Zaharek and Julia Zaharek (Meyerjack); and her siblings, Julia Misencik, John Zaharek, Sophia Wilcox, Michael Zaharek, Andrew Zaharek, Anna Taddei and George Zaharek.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia B. Kelly (Edward) of Litchfield, Charles V. Beyer (Katherine Marchand-Beyer) of Torrington and Janet B. Giampaolo (James); her sister Elizabeth T. "Betty" Zaharek of Torrington; her grandchildren, Kara Parker (Ian) of Goshen, Elizabeth Hodosy (Philip) of Suffield, Krista Robinson (Gary) of Torrington, James Giampaolo (Torrie) of Norwalk and James Kelly of Salisbury; her great grandchildren, Wes and Wyn; and her sister Eloise Hodosy (Bradley Robinson).
