She was predeceased by: her parents, Rigo Caldara and Lena Caldara (Aldini); her brother Hugo Caldara; and her sons-in-law, Michael Scheidt and Robert Langevin.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Langevin of Torrington, Valerie Scheidt of Palm Bay, FL and Gerry Pesce (Laurene); her grandchildren, Alix, Adam Scheidt of Longmont, CO, Sherry Kizzia, Benjamin Pesce of Torrington and Kate Pesce Smith (Jason) of New Hartford; her great grandchildren, Ella, Maya and Jack Smith; her sisters, Ida Comprini of Tomball, TX, Irma Hart of Glastonbury and Rita Knox (Tony) of Litchfield; and her sisters-in-law, Rita Caldara of Eynon, PA and Rose Pesce Zabbara of Winsted. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
