It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel H. Kandefer Jr. of Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel H. Kandefer, Sr. and Julia E. Kandefer (Rybak). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kandefer (Germano); his daughters, Mary Alice Gendreau (David) of Lebanon and Christine M. Kersten (Michael) of Washington Depot; his sister Julieanne Winters of Torrington; his grandchildren, Noah Gendreau, Melina Kersten and Braelyn Kersten; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Germano (Barbara), Christopher Germano and Tom Germano (Joyce). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
