He is survived by: his wife Ann Luba (Korytko); his children, Matthew Luba (Tabatha) of Bristol, Stephen Luba of Terryville and Kimberly Luba of June Lake, CA; and his grandchildren, Rileigh, Kory, Kaitlyn and Nicole.
