He was predeceased by: his spouse Peterlyn Martin Bouchard (Bartnik); his parents, Antoine Bouchard and Anita Bouchard (Lausier); his son Jeffrey Bouchard; and his sisters, Nancy and Arlene Bouchard.

He is survived by: his sons, Edmond Bouchard Jr. of Terryville and Richard Bouchard Sr. of Bristol; his grandsons, Peter, Tyler and Richard Bouchard; and his siblings, Danny, Jimmy, Michael, David, Steven Bouchard, Theresa Dufour, Barbara Borkowski, Anita Lagace, Linda Monahan, Patricia Bouchard, Sheila Madore, Arlene Beger, Lisa Accousti, Pamela Durand, Deborah Litau and Tina Cybulski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
