He is survived by: his children, Mark Gabrenas (Jenny) of Athol, MA, Kevin Gabrenas (Deb) of Athol, MA, Shelly Labrie (Paul) of Athol, MA and Meredith Burt (Benjamin) of Athol, MA; his siblings, Robert Gabrenas, Judy Dodge of Athol, MA and Carol Griffith (David) of Athol, MA; his siblings-in-law, John Kaniewski (Laurie) of Wolcott, CT, Paul Kaniewski (Maritza) of Miami, FL and Jean Beck of Thomaston, CT; his mother-in-law Genevieve Kaniewski of Thomaston, CT; his pets, Taffy and Tonka; and his caregiver Elizabeth Pang. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
