She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond G. Lassy; her parents, Charles Packer and Alice Packer (Howard); and her sister Carol Cianchetti (Packer). She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (Robert Casola), Julie Lassy, Brian (Diane Lassy), Robin (Joseph Roman) and Rae Ann Stone; her grandchildren, Raymond, Virginia Casola, Christopher Casola, Sarah (Casola), Andrew Wishart, Brianna, Karl, Benjamin Lassy, Caitlin (Lassy), Peter Constantinople, Max, Andrah and Jack Stone; her great grandchild Ryan Pinette (Roman); and her brothers, Glenn Packer (Rena) and Gary Packer. She is also survived by her siblings from a young age and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, cousin, and friend.
The family will be having a private burial and ask that any donations in Darlene's memory be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Terryville, or to the Plymouth Food Bank.
