Kozikowski (Terryville, Connecticut), born in Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on June 17, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kozikowski and Madeline Kozikowski (Masczak); and his brothers, Stanley, Henry, Walter and Raymond.
He is survived by: his children, Chester Kozikowski (Terri) of Terryville, Diane Haines of Terryville and Donna Hotchkiss (Lee) of Thomaston; and his brother Daniel Kozikowski of Terryville. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
