It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelmarie L. Johnson of Stratford, Connecticut, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on July 25, 2022, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Elks; her granddaughter Ruler; her nieces and nephews, Michael Kendricks (Martha), Wadell Kendricks (Dorothy), Raymond Kendricks (Felicia), June Dean and Catherine Mebane; her husband Zack Johnson; and her siblings, Almeida Liburd, Catherine Wells, Jennie Ann Liburd, Josephine Kendricks, Joshua Liburd and Benjamin Liburd.
Doing charity work within her Chapter of Juanita Temple #169 in the City of Bridgeport, she hosted Easter Egg hunts, Children's Fashion Shows and Thanksgiving dinners for the Seniors.
