He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Kupchick Smith; his parents, Stephen Kupchick and Julia Kopestonsky Kupchick; his sister Julia Kupchick; and his parents-in-law, Michael and Maria Siconolfi.

He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Siconolfi Kupchick of Stratford; his sons, Stephen M Kupchick (Grace) of Delray, FL and Peter G Kupchick (Brenda) of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Peter C. Kupchick, Christine Kupchick Amon (Tony), Stephen P. Kupchick and Sarah Burke Maietta (Michael); his great grandchildren, Wyland, Jagger Maietta, Devin Kupchick and Anthony Kupchick; his brother Paul Kupchick (Linda) of Equonock, PA.; and his aunt Vera Price of Scranton, PA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
