He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Anselm Franz and Dagmar Franz; and his sister Monica Lee of Massachusetts. He is survived by: his children, Sandra O'Leary of Stratford, Raymond [Lori] Franz of Trumbull and Alexandra Franz of Groton; his grandchildren, Megan O'Leary, Ryan O'Leary, Morgan Franz and Marshall Franz; and his pet Rado.
