She was predeceased by: her husband John S. Rushen; her parents, Carl Morin and Hazel Morin (Cutler); and her son Robert. She is survived by: her sons, John S. Rushen Jr. of Bridgeport and Thomas Rushen of Stratford; and her sister Claudia Thurston (Dan) of Harwinton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
