We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2023, at the age of 26, Jose A. Rivera of Stratford, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Luis Anibal Marcial. He is survived by: his mother Paulina Marcial; his brother Nehemias Pettway; his grandparents, Maria and Israel "Papa" Rivera; his uncle Jose Marcial; his aunt Lydia Carrasquillo; and his cousins, Christy Marcial, Jose Marcial Jr., Myles Cox, Jenny Patron and Mia Bella Rodriguez. He is also survived by friends and "caregivers".

Those desiring may make contributions in Josh's memory may do so to St. Vincent's.
