He is survived by: his children, Theresa Croteau and Cliff Forte (Carolyn) of Stratford; his grandchildren, Ashley Zuccarelli, Rylie, Bryce and Cammy Forte; and his siblings, Omer, Alfred, Albert and Rita Croteau. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
