He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Gwendolyn Steele; his stepfather Dean Dombrowik; and his mother-in-law Christine Constant. He is survived by: his wife Doreen Constant Moffat; his children, Amelia Steele (Christopher), Hannah Moffat (Alex Thomas) and Peter Moffat (Emma Simmons-Wignall); his parents, Sheila Dombrowik and Robert Moffat; his stepmother Susan Moffat; and his siblings, David Moffat (Kristin), Scott Moffat (Kerry), Bethany Moffat and Eric Dombrowik. He is also survived by his many, many loving aunts and uncles, in-laws, nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Chris wished to start The Christopher Moffat Memorial Scholarship, for Bridge Academy seniors pursuing a STEM program in college. Donations to the scholarship fund can be made by check payable to The Bridge Academy with his name in the memo.
