She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Eisenman and Dorothy Eisenman (Barber); and her brother Karl. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Jurczak; her sons, Michael and Mark; and her siblings, Jeanne Eisenman Garza (Faustino) and Paul Eisenman (Charo).
