He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Matura and Frances Comerford Matura; his wife Bernadette A. Ryan of Jersey City; and his brother Joseph Matura. He is survived by: his children, Allison, JoAnn (John), Sheila, John and Margaret; his grandchildren, Jack, Shannon (Jason), Olivia, Nina (Jesse), Tatiana, Holly, Nicole and John Ryan; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Brayden and Kameryn Jo; and his sister Donna Walstead. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be welcomed by No Kid Hungry or Heifer International.
