He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Knoff of Yucca Valley, CA and Lorraine Muha of Norwalk, CT; his siblings, Fred Stevens of Peoria, AZ, Josephine Kozlinski-Springer of Stamford, CT and Donna Kozlinski of West Warwick, RI; and also Eugene. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
