He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann Gunzy Memale; his children, Alexandra and Hunter; his sister Jodi Mitchell (Robert); his nieces and nephews, Samantha, Allison, Dennis and Heather; and his sisters-in-law, Sally Kennedy (Peter) and Cheryl Winters. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
