He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Avella and Veronica Avella (Meryl) of Stamford, CT.. He is survived by: his wife Frances Lee Clark of Albany, NY; his son Michael; his grandson Anthony; and his sister-in-law Ora Schongar.
