She was predeceased by: her father Michael Totilo; her husbands, Joe D'Agostino and Joseph R. D'Agostino, Sr.; her son Michael; and her siblings, Nicholas, Joseph, Anthony Totilo, Margaret Totilo, Angie Dutetre and Mary Gabriele.
She is survived by: her sons, Ralph D'Agostino (Donna), Jeffery D'Agostino (Dina) and Joseph D'Agostino, Jr. (Karen); her grandchildren, Jamie (Susan), Justin (Lindsay), Melissa, Arianna, Chelsea and Rebecca D'Agostino; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Chloe and Lia D'Agostino; and her sister Natalie Sorbo.
