She was predeceased by: her father Gilbert Rossillo; her husband Philip Murphy, Jr.; and her sister Amy Burt. She is survived by: her children, Philip Murphy III (Kristin) of Norwalk, Elizabeth Heiman (Dwight) of Needham, MA, Rev. Richard Murphy of Greenwich, Rosemary McDonald (Patrick) of Newtown and Margaret Fraioli (Marc) of Stamford. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
