She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Holmes and Katheryn Holmes; her husband Paul Lachmund; her siblings, Burr Holmes and Audrey Parizo (Holmes); and her son Scott Shoneck.

She is survived by: her sons, Ted Shoneck (Karen Bernier-Shoneck) of Delaware, Jeff Shoneck (Paula Allard) and Tim Shoneck (Penny); her son-in-law David Wallach of Burlington, CT.; her siblings-in-law, Rose Holmes of Wallingford and Dick Parizo; her grandchildren, Jessica McLawhon, Adam Shoneck, Megan McClees, Krista Mae, Tiffany Shoneck, Tyler Shoneck, Rebecca and Sarah Allard; and her great grandchildren, Paulie Shoneck, Jack, Libby McLawhon and Bennett McClees.
