He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Gregory and Edward Levesque; his wife Ruthie; his son Raymond; his siblings, Vaughn, Donald, Perley, Paul, Marlene and Rita; and his siblings-in-law, Oda, Bert, Sarah and Paula.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Calvo (Diane Owens); his granddaughter Cassandra Gaines (Jordan); his great grandchild Thomas; his siblings, Lorraine Caron, Margaret Shorette (Mark Gibson), Carmela LeRiche, Judy Robinson (Lee Giffen), Gert Cicero (Ed Flores) and Richard Levesque (Sandy); his parents-in-law, Lucienne, Johnny, Bernadette (Kathy), Anthony (Silvana) and Terry (Anthony); his caregivers, Maura, Kathleen, Colleen and Beth; and his sister Catherine Mary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Bob Woodruff Foundation, and the Franciscan Home Care & Hospice Care.
