She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Witkoski, and Charlotte Witkoski, Sr. (Cook); her spouse Thomas R. Baxter; her son Daniel Baxter; and her brother Edward Witkoski Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Nadine Lavoie (David) of Mansfield Center and Richard Baxter of Wallingford; her grandchildren, Danica Baxter (Sara Bouchard) and Zach Baxter; her stepgranddaughter Sarah Blafer (Corey); and her great grandchild Luke David Blafer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
