Marjorie L. Humiston Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie L. Humiston of Southbury, Connecticut, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold M. Caton and Blanch E. Caton (Whittemore); her brother Richard Caton of Marshfield, MO.; and her sister-in-law Marie Caton (Susan Caton) of Woodbury, CT. She is survived by: her husband Hugh "Hughie" D. Humiston Jr.; her daughters, Patricia Holbrook (Harold) of Marion, NC and Judith Simpson (Joseph) of Southbury, CT.; her brothers, Alvin Caton of Woodbury, CT and James Caton of Lexington, NC; her grandchildren, Danielle Sterling, Amy Simpson and Andrew Simpson; her great grandchildren, Courtney Blair, Abigal Simpson, Landon Simpson and Kayden Simpson; and her great great grandchild Khloe Pollitt.
