With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn M. Baldwin of Southbury, Connecticut, who passed away on November 13, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Foley and Marie Foley (Joyce) of Naugatuck. She is survived by: her husband Leroy Baldwin; her sons, Timothy (Linda) of Southbury and Lee (Stephanie) of Falls Village; her grandchildren, Sean, Nicholas (Angela), Kacie, Allen, Andrew (Heather), Ashlee and Maggie; her great grandchildren, Norah, Greyson, Aubree and Amelia; her daughter Tammy; and her brothers, Joseph and Robert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
