It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Marie Hennessey of Southbury, Connecticut, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Hennessey; and her parents, Margaret Hunihan (Qubick) and Andrew Hunihan. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Hennessey (Helen) and Thomas Hennessey (Judi); her grandsons, George Hennessey (Deirdre) and Michael Hennessey (Holly); her great grandchildren, Ryan, Carina, Casey and Caiden Hennessey; and her sisters, Lorraine Mihalick, Roseann Fox and Ellen Short. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude in Joan's honor.
