He is survived by: his wife Margo Frohlich; his children, Richard Frohlich and Lauren Shreve; the mother of his children Carolyn Benninson; his grandchildren, Benny, Madeline Shreve, Dillon, Emily and James Frohlich; and his stepsons, Colby, Jack and Mike Lewis.
