He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Accuosti and Rose Accuosti (Bocchicchio); and his brother William "Bill" Accuosti. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Accuosti (Manzolli); his children, Thomas Accuosti (Linda) and Sandra Accuosti Thigpen (Rick); his grandchildren, Jennifer Rose Accuosti and Thomas O'Shea (Darcy); and his great grandchildren, Davin and Tegan O'Shea.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Tom's name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
