He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rich and Helen Rich (Lenihan); his brother Donald Rich; his son David Rich; and his nephew Victor Zubritski.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Rich (Stobierski); his children, Robert Rich and Denise Schielke; his son-in-law Kenneth Schielke; his grandchildren, McKenzie Schielke, Ava Schielke and David Schielke; his nieces, Lisa Conroy and Vicki Zubritski-Hartman; his nephew Al Rich; his great-niece Madison Conroy; and his great-nephews, Hunter Conroy, Ben Rich and James Rich.
