It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Joseph Hamm of South Windsor, Connecticut, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 9, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hamm and Priscilla Whitney Hamm; and his siblings, William Abbott Hamm and Jocelyn Grube (John Grube). He is survived by: his wife Judith Hamm (Rudinksy); his siblings, Peter Hamm (Debbie Fisher) of Wales, MA and Sara Carbonneau (Michael Faulkner) of West Swanzey, NH.; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Kenneth Grube, Laura Cabonneau, Elizabeth and Katherine Hamm.
