It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Filippa Puiia of South Windsor, Connecticut, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Berte and Rose Berte (Anacreonte); and her close friend Alan Greaves. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph V. Puiia (Stacey) of South Windsor and Jerry Puiia (Laurie) of Glastonbury; her sister Jeannette Morales of Wellington, FL; and her grandchildren, Jessica Puiia (Matthew Clark) of New Britain, Christopher Puiia of Woburn, MA, Brendan Puiia of South Windsor and Caitlyn Puiia of Glastonbury. She is also survived by other family member and friends.
