He is survived by: his wife Catherine Gallagher (Downey) of South Windsor; his children, Ned Gallagher of Wallingford and Eileen Gallagher; his grandson Gavin Gallagher of San Francisco, CA; and his sister-in-law Ellen Caldarelli of Amenia, NY.
