She was predeceased by: her husband Michael W. Bailey of South Windsor; and her parents, Wilbur Staples and Anna Staples (Blankenship). She is survived by: her daughter Karen A. Bailey (Edward Helmbrecht) of Greenland, NH; her grandsons, Joshua Helmbrecht and Tyler Helmbrecht; her son Alex Bailey (Mary Kate) of South Windsor; her granddaughter Mia Anne Bailey; her brother Charles R. Staples (Judith Lovchik) of Ellicott City, MD; her nephews, David Staples, Devin Staples, Dustin Staples and Dan Staples; and her niece Lani Powell.
