It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Lafontaine (Simsbury, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lafontaine and Catherine Lafontaine (Comotti); her aunt Theresa Rinaldini; her grandparents, Patrick and Domenica Comotti; and her uncle Elmo Comotti.
She is survived by: her sister Noreen Scafuri; her husband Jack; her nieces, Jackie Alexander (Arnold Chase) and Andrea Scafuri (Jeff Cohen); her nephew Tom Scafuri (Elise); and also, Morgan Scafuri, Bryce Alexander, Chase Alexander and Ryan Scafuri.
