It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie C. Thomas Jr. in Putnam, Connecticut, born in Lumpkin, Georgia, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie C. Thomas, Sr. and Julia Thomas (Banks); his brother Robert Thomas; and his former wife Hope. He is survived by: his daughters, Jada Thomas of Dayville, CT and Holly Thomas (Jesse) of Hartland, VT.; his grandchildren, Hayden and Jayce; and his siblings, Kelvin Thomas (Mercedes) of New York, James "TJ" Thomas (Carolyn) of Georgia, Letitia Threats and Sherilyn Thomas of Rhode Island. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
