She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mikolajczak and Lillian Mikolajczak (Pelletier). She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Hannah Pei Leo (Kevin Guzman) of San Francisco, CA and Hallie Lin Leo of Pomfret, CT; and her siblings, James J. Mikolajczak (Leslie Harrold) of Northboro, MA and Patrice E. Bernier of Thompson, CT. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be made to the Professor Robyn Leo Nursing Scholarship at Worcester State University.
