He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne Boutin; his parents, Odilon Boutin and Eva Boutin (Robideaux); and his brothers, Roger Boutin, Arthur, Lucien and Gerard Boutin.
He is survived by: his sisters, Cecile Mazzolla and Geralda "Gerry" Auger of Putnam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
