He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Graffam (Barry Rivera) of Springvale, ME; his grandchildren, Samantha Mercier, Abygail Graffam, Brennen Freeman and Heath Graffam, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Savana, Blake and Fallon.
