She is survived by: her parents, Paul J. Norton and Hannelore Wiik (Fulton); her stepfather John Wiik; her daughters, Kayla H. Norton (Dylan Gendreau) of Moosup and Carly J. Millette of Woodstock, Connecticut.; her brother Joshua Norton of Norwich; her grandmother Elisabeth Fulton of North Grosvenordale; and her friend Lisa N'Chonon of Pomfret Center, Connecticut..
Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, Gilman Funeral Home and Jasmine's family request that a facial covering be worn at all times, and that all social distancing guidelines be observed.In lieu of flowers, it is the family's wishes that any memorial donations, for Jasmine, be made to the following 501-c non-profit charitable foundations: Shatterproof, SAMHSA, and Helping Others Live Sober.
