He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bert Giles and Arthur Bates; and his parents, Albert Giles and Amelia Giles (Germain). He is survived by: his wife Susan Giles (Duquette) of Putnam; his children, Nicole M. Deasy (Taylor) of Hanover, Kimberly A. Giles (Jess) of Dayville, CT, Jolyne Giles (Steve), Paul Giles (Barbara) and Peter Giles (Rebecca) of Connecticut; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Giles, Pat Jones and Dennis Duquette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no services are scheduled at this time.
