She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stephen and Viola Ann Starr, Jr. (Gifford); her husband Edward J. Bedard; her grandson Thomas; her children, Danielle Belcher (Scott) of Jacksonville, FL and Matthew Bedard of Putnam; her siblings, Darlene Grenier (Raymond) of Salem, MO, Donna Gallichant (Dennis) of Kissimmee, FL, Stephen Starr (Paula Scriva) of Rochester, PA, Doreen Jolley (Jay), Dawn McIntyre (John) of Salem, MO, Dorothea Meholick (Randy) of Tonawanda, NY and Deanna Diggs (Stephen) of Hope Mills, NC; her sister-in-law Stacie Starr of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; her granddaughter Heather Lowe; her pet Chihuahua; her children-in-law, Danielle Bedard and Robert Stenli; her siblings, Deborah, Michael, Shawn, Stanley and Scott Starr; her sister-in-law Janet Starr; and also, Amber Kuzminski, Autumn Belcher and Preston Belcher. She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews, friends, the many children.
