He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell D. Thomas and Bessie A. Thomas; and his brother Thomas C. Lamb. He is survived by: his former wife Catharine Whiting; his daughter Krystal Thomas; his wife Cynthia Higgins; his stepdaughter Lyndsey; and his siblings, Martin I. Lamb and Carol Lamb-Bond.
