She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sister Peggy; her children, James Perry Jr. of Hudson, MA, Edwin Perry, Sr. (Pamela) of Woodstock and Audrey Martinez (Jose) of Southbridge, MA; her grandchildren, Edwin Perry Jr. (Lisa) of Oklahoma City, OK, Peter Blash (Rachel, James P.) of Southbridge, MA, Sarah Blash of Southbridge, MA, Julia Blash of Southbridge, MA and Caleb Blash of Kansas City, KS; her great grandchildren, Edwin, Samantha Perry and Jasper Blash; and her sisters, Irene Anderson, Dorothy Horton and Lorraine Howlett.
